Frequently Asked Questions:

1. What day will sibling photos be done?
   ~ Usually during the session of the first photographed child (but not always as it depends on what each class is doing at the time). Please be prepared for date and time changes.

2. What if my child is absent?
   ~ I will do my best to capture them on another day and their portrait added to the corner of the class print. If this is not possible, please reach out to me personally for a refund.

3. Can you do friendship photos? 
   ~ Yes, but only if permission is granted from all families involved. (Email me to discuss)

4. Can sibling photos be taken across separate campuses?
   ~Yes, however you will need to arrange to transport your children to the same campus during their scheduled times.

5. Can I include a sibling who does not attend the school or kinder?
   ~Yes, however you will need to arrange to transport your child to the same campus during their scheduled times. (Please let me know in advance).

6. My child has a scratch on their face! Will you retouch this?
   ~ Only on request prior to the printing stage. Otherwise, I’ll keep them natural.

7. Can I get the digital file for the group photo?
   ~ Nope sorry. Only portrait digital files can be provided with the full package.

8. When will I receive my order?
   ~ The prints usually arrive back to your child’s school around one month after their photos are taken. The digital files will be sent by email shortly after delivery of the prints.

9. Oh no! There is a problem with my order!
   ~ Accidents happen sometimes. Please contact me directly to have it sorted out as soon as possible.
